Syarat & Ketentuan SewaRental Terms & Conditions

1. Harga sewa sudah termasuk BBM dan pengemudi.Rental rates include fuel and driver.
2. Harga sewa belum termasuk tol, parkir, tiket objek wisata, dan uang tip sopir.Rental rates do not include tolls, parking, tourist attraction tickets, and driver tips.
3. Reservasi disertai deposit minimal 50% dari total sewa sebagai tanda jadi.A reservation requires a deposit of at least 50% of the total rental as proof of commitment.
4. Reservasi tanpa deposit dapat dibatalkan tanpa pemberitahuan.Reservations without a deposit may be cancelled without notice.
5. Pelunasan paling lambat 7 hari sebelum keberangkatan.Full payment is due at least 7 days before departure.
6. Pembatalan 7 hari sebelum keberangkatan dikenakan biaya 100% dari total sewa.Cancellation 7 days before departure is charged 100% of the total rental.
7. Pembatalan sepihak oleh pelanggan atau akibat force majeure tidak mendapat pengembalian dana atau perubahan tanggal.Unilateral cancellation by the customer, or cancellation due to force majeure, is not eligible for a refund or date change.
8. Kelebihan waktu dari durasi maksimal pemakaian dikenakan biaya tambahan per jam. Nominal overtime dikonfirmasi saat reservasi.Usage beyond the maximum rental duration is charged an additional fee per hour. The overtime rate is confirmed at the time of reservation.
